"Working on a computer plays havoc with your wrists, not to mention your aching back. UsefulRest helps you avoid overstrain by locking your computer and forcing you to take a 10-minute break every hour. The program is highly customizable, allowing you to configure everything from break duration to sounds. You can set micro pauses every 10 minutes and even have the program disconnect your computer from the Internet. The Children's Hour feature allows kids to use the PC for a set period of time; it then keeps them out until the next day. Five levels of security let users adjust the strictness of the breaks. At the highest level, the program blacks out the screen during the lockup period and won't let you back in even with a password. Workaholics may hate all the breaks, but their joints will thank them later.

A very good program, a necessity!
Without it, it is simply impossible to work!

"My 10-year-old daughter, like all children, loves to play computer games. Not only may this be harmful to her sight, but there also arose the problem of how to supervise the time she spends at the computer - especially when the grown-ups are not at home.

To find a solution, I used a search engine and found a link to a site where your program is found.

I think that the problem of protection of the child from the computer and computer from the child, in the absence of grown-ups at home troubles practically all parents.
