Duration of work between Breaks and duration of Breaks
How to use UsefulRest

When in "Break" mode, you can choose from standard intervals of work and break, or you can select your own custom settings. Hint: During a break, it is desirable to stand up and to walk. It is also good to do some physical exercises.

Standard intervals:

• Duration of work between breaks - 30 minutes; duration of breaks - 5 minutes
• Duration of work between breaks - 60 minutes; duration of breaks - 10 minutes

To change the standard interval of durations of work and break

1. Open the "Options" dialog box
   Click here to learn how to do this. (A new window will open.)
2. Click the "General" tab
3. Under "Duration work / break", click necessary interval
4. Click "Ok" button

To set individual settings of durations of work and break

1. Open the "Options" dialog box

2. Click the "General" tab
3. Under "Duration work / break", click "Custom"
4. Click the "Custom" tab
5. Under "Breaks", change settings necessary for your durations of work and break
6. Click "Ok" button
