Duration of work between MicroPauses and duration of MicroPauses
How to use UsefulRest

MicroPauses are used to relax strained muscles.

When in "Micropause" mode, you can choose from standard intervals of work and micropause, or you can select your own custom settings. Hint: During a MicroPause, you should remove your hands from the keyboard and mouse and also look into the distance to relieve eye strain.

Standard intervals:

• Duration of work between micropauses - 5 minutes; duration of micropauses - 15 seconds
• Duration of work between micropauses - 10 minutes; duration of micropauses - 30 seconds

To change the standard interval of durations of work and micropause

1. Open the "Options" dialog box
   Click here to learn how to do this. (A new window will open.)
2. Click the "General" tab
3. Under "Duration work / micropause", click necessary interval
4. Click "Ok" button

To set individual settings of durations of work and micropause

1. Open the "Options" dialog box

2. Click the "General" tab
3. Under "Duration work / micropause", click "Custom"
4. Click the "Custom" tab
5. Under "MicroPauses", change settings necessary for your durations of work and micropause
6. Click "Ok" button
