How to use UsefulRest

To avoid having to start UsefulRest manually, it is recommended that you set the option to start UsefulRest each time Windows starts.

To set UsefulRest to start automatically

1. Open the "Options" dialog box
   Click here to learn how to do this. (A new window will open.)
2. Click the "General" tab
3. Select the "Load UsefulRest at Windows startup" check box
4. Click "Ok" button
